Queer Black Cinema Festival - NY's Longest Standing Black LGBT Film Festival | Oct. 21 - 23, 2011 qbcfilmfest.org | The weekend before NYC Halloween Parade

Angel has been a consultant for many large film festivals as a resource to Black/ Black LGBT theme films and production consultant for both music and films under Our Stories Productions.
Angel has not only been highlighted in GO NYC’s 100 Women We Love (Class of 2006); but has appeared in Time Out NY, CLIK Magazine, AfterEllen.com, Gay City New,  NYANSAPO (“N-YAN-SA-PO”)
Magazine- a National Black Justice Coalition publication and most recently Swerv Magazine in 2011.
She has gone on to speak at conferences like Q-Me Con, Frameline, Out Fusion,  Women of Color Film Festival in Santa Cruz ,organized and moderated dozens of panels including a juror of the Featured films for Newfest in 2008. Angel curated all of QBC film festivals, college tours and monthly film series.

Currently, Angel is working on several projects; curating photo exhibits for independent Fine Artist, consulting, publishing, producing and working on her MBA in Media Management.
